BRIDGE LENDING
In mid-2020, during the COVID-19 pandemic, as credit markets tightened, BPG and its affiliates expanded operations to bridge lending under its newly formed affiliate, BPG Funding LLC. BPG Funding LLC is a national bridge lender offering creative debt solutions to our borrowers. Our business approach and owner mindset allow us to provide our borrowers with maximum flexibility to carry out and perform their business plan. BPG Funding both originates senior loans and participates as a subordinate or mezzanine lender. BPG Lending has no outside investment committee and typically commits to making loans on its own balance sheet in a matter of hours. BPG is actively seeking new lending opportunities in the New York, Florida and other core markets.
